Secberus offers a few different ways to manage support to fit user preferences.
We maintain direct chat and email support 8:00 AM - 8:00 PM EST Monday - Friday.

Issues that arise outside of that time will be addressed the following day business day at 8:00 AM.

This channel is best for product issues that need more context to address or other administrative issues.
